Lease to own involves moving into your home now, and taking over ownership of
the home at the end of the lease. A portion of the rent is credited toward
purchase, and individuals typically use the time of the lease to get their
credit history in order!
Our "lease to own" program involves an option fee, security deposit, and monthly
lease payment.
Leases are typically 12-24 months,
Up to 50% of the option fee, plus up to 50% of the monthly lease payments are
credited, after fulfillment of the lease term, toward purchase of the home. In
many cases, no additional funds are needed to purchase the home.
This gives you the opportunity to move into your dream home now, get settled,
